- SECURE THE LOWEST RATES & PERUSE FULL ROOM AVAILABILITY: You are guaranteed to receive our lowest rates as well as our full room availability when you book directly with us. Online third-party travel agencies such as Expedia.com and Booking.com do not always receive either as we save the best rates and last rooms available for you directly.
- DIRECTLY CHANGE OR CANCEL: When you book direct, simply call us and we will assist you with making any necessary changes to your reservation including dates of stay. If you book through a third-party, it can be a difficult and frustrating process for guests who need to cancel. Guests are required to call their call-center and that can include waiting on hold and navigating through several phone calls to ensure your reservation was in fact cancelled.
- KNOWLEDGEABLE ASSOCIATES READY TO HELP: In addition, you'll receive a warm reception from one of our knowledgeable and friendly guest services associates, who is based at the hotel and lives in the area. You'll avoid the mass call center operator who may not be able to answer your important questions about your desired guestroom, our specific hotel or our region.
- ACCRUE LOYALTY POINTS: When you book direct you're eligible for loyalty reward points with our Four Sisters Inns' Frequent Sleeper program. Enjoy special perks like complimentary nights in the future. Reservations made through a third-party online travel agency are not eligible to receive loyalty points. Learn more here.
RESERVATION & HOTEL POLICIES
- VALID IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the name on the reservation as well as the credit card used to pay for the guestroom charges.
- ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD TO BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN: We require a valid credit card on file to guarantee your reservation. Depending on your booking rate and channel, your card may be charged for your stay in advance. If you are pre-charged, your original credit card used must be presented upon arrival. The applicable policy will be referenced when booking as well as noted on your confirmation.
- PRE-AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED: Upon arrival, your card will also be pre-authorized for $200 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, if there are no additional charges, our system will notify your bank that we have released this pre-authorization.
- FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Guests with a confirmed reservation understand and agree to be financially responsible, subject to the noted cancellation policy, for the entire length of stay reserved, including all incidentals charged and any property damage due to guest negligence.
- DEBIT CARD USE: If you choose to use a debit card to guarantee and pay for your stay, your bank will automatically hold additional funds, beyond the expected amount due, in an effort to cover any incidental charges. We have no control over the amount your bank will hold or when the funds will be released back to your account. Please check with your bank for further information.
- GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION: If you intend to pay for your stay using a Four Sisters Inns gift certificate, you will need to make your reservation directly with the hotel, either on this website or by calling us directly at (707) 935-0237. Please include your gift certificate number, amount, and the original date of purchase at the time of making your direct booking.
- CASH AND CHECKS: If you wish to pay with cash, you may do so upon arrival, however, a credit card pre-authorization of $100 is required for incidentals. We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not accept checks.
- RESERVING & PAYING FOR ANOTHER GUEST: If you are paying for another guest's stay and not staying at the hotel, you will be required to submit a credit card authorization form with identification and signature; your card will be charged at the time of reservation for the entire amount
- CHECKING OUT EARLIER THAN PLANNED: Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation
- RESERVING DURING HOLIDAYS AND/OR SPECIAL EVENT PERIODS: Reservations during special events or holiday periods are subject to a longer cancellation policy, which will be stated in the confirmation notes. Should you not cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe, you will be charged for all nights of your original reservation. A minimum night stay may be required. Early departures will be charged for the original reservation. Packages, discounts, and offers are not available during holiday or special event periods unless expressly stated.
- GROUP RESERVATIONS & TRAVELING WITH OTHERS: Three or more rooms, either booked together or individually by parties traveling together, constitute a group reservation. Group reservations generally require payment at the time of booking and may have a 30 to 60-day cancellation policy. An additional group booking fee may be required. These policies supersede policies shown on an individually booked reservation. If you, or the parties you are traveling with, reserve three or more rooms, you will be contacted and a contract will be required.
- STAYING FIVE DAYS OR LONGER: Reservations for five days or more are subject to prepayment of the entire amount at the time of reservation and are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. For all reservations cancelled 14 days or more before the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, will forfeit 50% of the entire amount of the stay, plus tax. Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation.
- RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH ONLINE THIRD-PARTY AGENTS: Reservations made through Expedia.com, booking.com, or other third-party sites are considered an online travel agency and do not qualify for Frequent Sleeper reward points, VIP Perks, and special offers. Due to our smaller size, third-party sites are given limited access to our inventory and rates; we highly recommend that you reserve directly with the hotel to receive the best rate, room type as well as more flexibility, should the need to make a change arise. If you book through an online travel agency and need to cancel, you will need to do so through their website. Please note: if we need to contact you about important information regarding your reservation, we will be unable to do so as only the online travel agent has your contact information and does not always provide it to the hotel. Please call us directly if you have any questions about your reservation.
- NON-SMOKING POLICY: Gaige House is 100% smoke-free. If smoking occurs, in the guestroom or in public areas within 20 feet of the property, there will be a $200 cleaning fee per night added to your folio.
- HOTEL SAFE AVAILABLE: A safe is available at the front desk. Items checked into the front desk safe are available to access during the inn's posted front desk hours. Upon checking an item in, you will receive a written receipt with the declared value. We cannot accept cash or items valued in excess of $2500 per room. We are not responsible for any items or valuables left in the guestroom or in your vehicle.
- GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
